We tend to life on purpose. Inspired by Baratunde Thurston's framing of "sustain as in to sustain life" and adrienne maree brown's refrain of "life moves towards life," we intentionally convene,creatively facilitate, and accompany folks to nurture what feels alive in this time.
We work with you in a grounded, rigorous, and soulful way to foster curiosity, support discernment, and identify paced action that help you live the world you want to bring into being one practice at a time.

About Lillie
Founder, Lillie Benowitz (she/they), is a relationship weaver and space builder.
Lillie Benowitz (she/they) is an experienced creative facilitator, event producer, project manager, and spiritual tender.
They are excited about projects that inspire new ways of being together, especially creating experiences that kindle deeper, more holistic relationships with ourselves, each other, and the divine stuff we are made of.
Lillie is a Jewish Studio Process Facilitator, a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, and a Good Grief FLOW Facilitator. She is also trained in Technology of Participation’s foundational and strategic planning methods.
Lillie produced the Climate Solutions Series of The Great Northern Festival (2022-25) and has worked for social healing and spirituality organizations, including The On Being Project and At The Well.
Lillie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies and Politics from Mount Holyoke College and was a 2019 New Leaders Council Fellow. They are based on Dakota Land in Minneapolis, MN, where they live with their partner and two cats, Atash and Zissa. She feels most grounded connecting with beloveds, practicing Jewish rituals, and soaking up thought-provoking books with her morning coffee in hand.
